Data we collect

  • No processing of health data
  • No processing of personal financial data
  • No data of children under 14 years old
  • No illegal, inappropriate or sensitive content

  • To analyze performance and improve the product
  • To communicate updates, transactional emails and support

The service does not provide professional advice (medical, legal, financial). Do not base decisions solely on responses.

Minimum age

Use is allowed only for users aged 14 or older; under 14 requires verifiable parental consent.

The Controller is not responsible for false age declarations made by users.

Sharing and processors

We do not sell your data. We use third‑party processors strictly to operate the service (e.g., Supabase for hosting/auth/database and Stripe for payments).

Extra‑EU data transfers

  • Transfers to countries covered by adequacy decisions
  • Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR)
  • Other appropriate safeguards in compliance with EU law

Data retention

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described or to meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account data.

  • Account data: for the duration of the relationship + 24 months for legal defense; up to 10 years for tax obligations.
  • Conversations: clear messages 30 days; anonymized data for AI up to 12 months; encrypted backups up to 6 months.
  • System backups: up to 6 months, encrypted and access‑restricted.

Marketing and profiling (optional)

  • Commercial communications, updates and promotions (with consent).
  • Personalized content based on interactions with Anthon Chat.
  • Invitations to events, webinars or exclusive offers. Consent can be revoked at any time.

Data security

  • End‑to‑end encryption of conversations where supported
  • Protected backups and audited access
  • Automatic deletion after the indicated retention periods
  • Automated moderation systems
  • Access restricted to authorized personnel only

Your rights

  • Access your data
  • Rectify inaccurate data
  • Erase your data (“right to be forgotten”)
  • Restrict or object to processing
  • Data portability
  • Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)
